Privacy & terms, in plain words.
Hulliz Sourcing is a trade name of Hulliz LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This page explains what information I use, why, and the basic terms of an introduction. Questions: hamza@hullizsourcing.com.
What information I use
- Publicly available business information, such as a business name, the market it operates in, and business contact details.
- What you tell me when you reply or write to me: your needs, your capacity, and your contact details.
I don't buy or sell personal data, and I don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why I use it
Only to find out whether an introduction makes sense, and to arrange one if both sides agree. Nothing about you is shared with the other side until you have said yes.
Who helps me run this
Email is handled by Google Workspace and an email-sending service, and payments by Stripe. They process information only to provide those services.
Your choices
- Stop hearing from me: reply "stop" to any email, and I won't contact you again.
- See or delete your information: email me and I'll do it.
Terms of an introduction
- Both sides opt in. No introduction happens without each side agreeing first.
- Who pays: the provider who wants the work pays one flat fee, quoted in writing before anything happens.
- Replacement: if the match isn't a fit, or no first job is booked within 14 days of the introduction, I find a replacement at no cost. If the client leaves within 8 weeks, the provider gets one replacement.
- No bypassing: the provider agrees not to go around the fee with businesses I introduce, for 12 months.
- Your work is yours: I check that a business is real, active and has capacity. I don't supervise, guarantee or take responsibility for anyone's work. Hire and agree terms as you normally would.
- The full terms are in a one-page agreement you see and sign before paying. If anything here differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.
